After your order has been placed, one of our team members will contact you to arrange a time that suits your individual notes. Please note that delivery can generally only be arranged in business hours from Monday to Friday. Where there is lead time for manufacture, we will contact you to confirm dates.

When can I expect my bed set to arrive?

Brownies Mattress Direct’s delivery team can ship to all physical addresses in New Zealand. Delivery will usually be made in 7 – 14 business days.

Click and Collect

You also may place an order online and collect it from your nearest Brownies Mattress Direct store. To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the ‘collect in-store’ option instead of entering your delivery details. To simplify the process at the time of collection, please provide a valid photographic ID and your order number.
