  Teens

  Teens

Your teen has probably been sleeping on a single bed until now and it's likely high time for an upgrade. Whilst Single beds are plenty roomy for toddlers and younger kids, most teens will find them too small – a big growth spurt could see their feet hanging off the end of the bed! King Singles offer more length and width, but if your space allows you should consider a double or even a Queen bed - this will give them plenty of space to stretch out and last them into early adulthood.

  Couples

When it comes to sharing a bed, ensuring you have plenty of space is a must! Go for a Queen bed or ideally a King or Super King size. About this store

At Brownie's Mattress Direct we pride ourselves on cutting out the middleman since 1939. We do this by manufacturing mattress and base sets at our Christchurch factory, and selling them directly to Kiwis. We sell through our stores in Christchurch, Wellington, Nelson, Blenheim, Invercargill and Queenstown, and by appointment in Auckland. By removing the wholesaler from the equation, you know that you are getting unrivalled quality and value on any bed set you purchase from Brownie's Mattress Direct.

Brownie's Mattress Direct are a licensee of Therapedic® sleep products, one of the world’s most popular and successful mattress brands. This helps us provide the latest in quality sleep technology to all of our customers nationwide.

We are also happy to offer our customers custom, made-to-order mattress sizes and shapes. These options allow you to find the perfect mattress to fit your antique beds, campers, boats or anything else you might need!

We also offer repair services at our Christchurch-based factory. Whether you need your mattress recovered, or perhaps some extra comfort layers, Brownie's Mattress Direct can help you achieve your goal. We offer same-day services to everyone in the Christchurch area. Freight charges apply to those outside of Christchurch and a longer lead time will likely be required.
