On purchases under $100, delivery is $10. Over $100, free.

After your order has been placed, one of our team members will contact you to arrange a time that suits your individual notes. Please note that delivery can generally only be arranged in business hours from Monday to Friday. Where there is lead time for manufacture, we will contact you to confirm dates.

Where a mattress or bedset is being delivered outside of our Free Metro Delivery zone, it may be delivered by Third Party Freight which will give you a delivery window.

Delivery will usually be made in 7 – 14 business days from order date.

If you require a bed urgently, we recommend calling your nearest branch to see what options are available.

You also may place an order online and collect it from your nearest Brownies Mattress Direct store. To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the ‘collect in-store’ option instead of entering your delivery details. To simplify the process at the time of collection, please provide a valid photographic ID and your order number.
